The Northside Outreach Center (the NOC) is a non-profit organization whose mission it is to bring a spiritual re-wakening as well as an economic independence in Richmond's Highland Park neighborhood, an inner-city neighborhood. Butch Johnson is the founder and CEO of the NOC. The NOC is doing amazing work in a neighborhood that desperately needs it. Most of their work is with middle school age children.

The website is a Drupal 6 site that features a video commercial as a primary part of the front page. It also has an online donation option and, at times, as featured gala event signups and online payments via a third-party interface.
